You're Not In Kansas Anymore

Hello, my name is Destyni Meadows, and I create a mix of digital and three-dimensional artwork, with my main focus on digital design. While much of my portfolio centers on clean, minimalist compositions in black and white, I also explore ceramics, pen and ink, and sculpture to push the boundaries of my creativity. My work emphasizes line, cross-hatching, and texture over color, allowing detail and form to take the spotlight. Whether I’m working in Adobe programs or shaping clay, I enjoy the balance between precision and unpredictability, letting each piece evolve naturally as new ideas emerge.

My art is deeply influenced by my faith, culture, and the world around me. I often blend biblical themes with modern imagery, drawing inspiration from artists like Albrecht Dürer and Edward Gorey, whose mastery of line work continues to guide my style. Art has always been a core part of who I am—it connects me to my childhood, reminds me of my persistence, and fuels my passion to grow as both a creator and individual. My goal is to build a career where I can continue learning, designing, and sharing my purpose through art.
